UK Cheese - High Seas 207
I’ve been seeing murmurs that UK cheese was making a comeback and frankly I kind of wrote those rumors off as being overblown. But with TenCo coming out with Cheesebanger and Elm Cultivation running a whole line of Cheese hybrids, I decided to tune into the Cheese channel and was given this sample of UK Cheese from High Seas 207. This cut is reported to be the original Skunkman Sam version sourced from Elevated Extracts, and while Cheese isn’t really the type of terps I would normally spring for, after smelling the smoked gouda and brie notes on this jar I realized this was something I had to try. This rosin is quite clean, thanks to Fluid Puddles’ paddle work, and it melts on the banger quite clearly. The flavor is just pure aged Manchego and it absolutely coats the palate and leaves bits of diesel as a lingering note. The potency is impressive, and the effect is super refreshing and uplifting, albeit with a pretty sizeable crash on the end of the duration. Overall, High Seas UK Cheese is some of the most interesting rosin I’ve tried all year, and it’s one of those samples that makes me wonder why the brand doesn’t get more love. If you’re on the search for Cheese terps, you search can end here. This is a must-try for folks who love both high quality hash and old school flavors.
