Khalifa Kush - Eugreen
Today, we see Khalifa Kush as just another celebrity brand, but before the brand and before the collaboration with Cookies for the rec market debut, the genetics birthed a legend. While this story is a bit more cultural mythology than documented fact, Khalifa Kush from Eugreen is smoke worthy of the legend and is an excellent value on Beast Coast Terps’ menu. If you’ve been following Beast Coast Terps for a while, you’ve seen that his menu is basically greatest hits from all over the country, and this is no different. The nose is of incredibly pungent kush, right in the middle of BO funk and fresh Nikes, and the eruption of the scent is sure to burn your nostrils. The flavor is exactly the same of perfectly balanced kush, and it translates to an incredibly hard droopy-eyed relaxation punch. The genetics of this strain are highly disputed; some say this is some crazy cut of kush he toured with in the early ‘10s. Others contend that it’s just the same Triangle “SoFlo” Kush Cookies has used for about 15 years. In my estimation, it’s something akin to BTY OG which is supposed to be (SFV OG x Tahoe OG). This is not the prettiest flower but it’s proper OG that smokes great, tastes great and smacks as expected. Overall, Khalifa Kush from Eugreen is a great OG at a great ticket, which marks yet another dinger from the Beast Coast team. Compared to other products from California in the same price range, the genetics are more interesting and smokes better than the aggregate.
