Mega Z Dark - Super Dope (CA)
Mega Z Dark was another one that I tried during the previous rosin saga, and unfortunately it’s another one that just doesn’t hold up. This performance is frankly more expected because washing Zoap is more an art than a science, and they didn’t exactly have it dialed in before. If you’ve tried really fire Zoap rosin, which is few and far between, you know it really is Terp City. It’s a tart Sherb note that totally coats the palate, which is the big reason why the Doja version made waves half a decade ago. Like the other samples before, this is still a huge step up from the products of a couple of years ago. The margin for error on the temperature is pretty narrow, and when you do properly hit it, the flavor is a pleasant tart sweetness. The best feature of this rosin, what the best feature of any rosin should be, is the effect, which is solid sedation and relaxation and great outright potency. Overall, Mega Z Dark is quite clean and has great effects that are set to put even seasoned smokers out. It’s solid rosin in quality outright but unfortunately is a far cry from the best rosin you can find for the price.
