Ether 41 - District Chiefer House Curation

If you’ve been following the waves of candy flavors the last few years, you’ve probably noticed Ether kicking around basically since Runtz came out. In a lot of ways, Ether is the ultimate sixth-man variety, and Ether 41 is a straight improvement over the things that made the original so special. The original Ether is reported to be Gelato 41 x Biscotti, which was likely bred by Dan Dango, and Ether 41 is the original crossed with Bacio again. The nug structure looks the part, being dense, forest and neon green and it was reasonably fresh upon arrival. The flavor is configured on the palate the same way as Bacio, but the nutty note on the top is replaced with pure burnt rubber and petrol. The nose, however, is on the sweeter side which almost masks how gassy the flavor actually is. Like many Biscotti hybrids, this one is a total chiller, but the added Bacio in the lineage makes the effects a bit more slumpy, which also gives it a bit of a crash. Overall, this sample of Ether 41 from District Chiefer has the right value proposition and is overall a strong sample. It’s not quite as potent as the Biscotti, but it’s still worth trying, especially if the Ether has been eluding you for years.
