Motorbreath - Ryder Farms
It’s not a secret that I’m a big Motorbreath lover, but this version from Ryder Farms is truly exemplary. It’s another cut that’s been kicking around the Maine scene for the past half decade or so and for good reason. The hybrid is (SFV OG x Chem D) bred by Pisces Seeds and popularized by Jungle Boys, and this is the kind of muscle car kush we’ve all been dreaming about. It’s purely raunchy gas through and through and it’s gotta be one of the loudest samples I’ve smoked all year and is sure to reek up any room. As pungent as the nose is, the flavor is somehow even more saturated. The way the gas stains the palate is something you’re more likely to get a with a fruitier flavor like Z or Trop, and it just coats your tastebuds in crude oil fuel notes. Effects wise, this has the sedation and muscle relaxation you get from a really strong OG with the added stress relief you get from the Chem line. The outright potency is pretty formidable, but I would say the stimulation is more noticeable than the punch. Overall, Motorbreath from Ryder Farms lives up to my personal hype while also just being exceptional kush in general. The sensory notes are incensing and the effect is to die for, so I hope this is a mainstay in the Ryder stable.
