Wedding Fuel - JarCo.
Over the last year, I’ve seen a handful of brands release this hybrid of (Wedding Cake x Jet Fuel Gelato) under a few different names, but this time we have Wedding Fuel from Jar Co. in Maine. Jar Co gets a little bit pf flack for being an adult use company in Maine, but their solventless brand has won a cup or two and I think they’re really worth paying attention to, especially for DC Source’s menu. In the past, I reviewed Blue Slushee, which I’ve enjoyed a couple of times, but for this particular batch, the Wedding Fuel was noticeably better. The nugs could’ve been a little fresher on the outside, but that doesn’t really take away from the aromas and smoothness. You get a pretty standard confectionary sweetness but also a distinctive kerosene note on the end that also serves as the lingering note on the flavor. You get similar notes from the nose in the taste, and it’s mostly just very sweet bud. The potency on this is above average, definitely a noticeable cozy and uplifting effect with no major crash to speak of. Overall, Wedding Fuel is a great value and a consistent menu listing from DC Source. Often one of the best features of any menu listing is consistency and reliability, and you can always count on that from JarCo.
