Party Popperz - Super Dope (CA)

It’s been a good long while since I’ve covered Super Dope in my reviews and the first time I’m covering Party Popperz, but thankfully District Chiefer came through with all the new Super Dope releases. This strain was originally a collab with Doja Pak of Runtz x Blumosa, originally intended to be Blue Gatorade, and the branding is sort of a crossover of all the characters from the Popperz series. Super Dope naturally worked their magic and brought out all of this strain’s latent potential to make for a great flavor with some solid staying power. If you’ve had rosin from Cali brands like Community and Trilogy 710, this offering is a play right out of their book. The rosin presents as a solidly wet badder and the Pop-Vac jar holds back an aroma almost exactly like a bag of orange slice jelly candies. It’s not quite astringent like a lot of heavy tropicannasulfate flavors but the aroma and flavor profile are distinctly orange in quality. The effect is also a bit off the beaten path from your average Trop being much less buzzy and much more slump and chill. The potency is formidable, but the effects also have a bit of a crash on the end of the duration. Overall, this rosin is a strong improvement over their previous solventless efforts and the smoke of Party Popperz is good enough to justify the obscene branding, as it was Super Dope first came out. Party Poppers in particular is a total winner and I’m glad I finally got to try it.
